This project changes both the internal layout of the existing house and adds the new large living space and external cabana linked by a deep deck to the existing rear of the original brick house.
The internal layout of the existing house now includes a new ensuite and robe with connection to the main bedroom in the previous living room. A new main bathroom and office space act as the transition between the new and old areas. An additional new entry will open into the large living space from the side carport.
